The main fitness center at PGA National includes resistance machines, by Trotter/Cybex, Cardio Machines: 24 treadmills, 8 bikes, 4 elliptical, 2 rowers, 2 cross aerobic, 2 kayak, and 4 stair climbers. A complete free weight room including cable machines, benches, etc. is also available. A total of 40 cardio machines and a gravitron machine. For the aerobics enthusiast we offer a variety of class formats for novice as well as advanced participants. Class formats include yoga, pilates, spin, water aerobics, cardio, dance, low impact, muscle sculpting and much more! Lap Pool At The Health And Racquet Club
The lap pool is heated year round, and measures 45 feet, 15 meters, 117 laps equal one mile. Water aerobics classes are offered. View Schedule.

Babysitting Service Hours
- Monday through Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Babysitting Fees
Members: 1 child - $4.00 per hour, each additional child $2.00 an hour
Non-Members: 1 child - $5.00 per hour, each additional child $3.00 per hour
Club Rules
- Must be 14 years of age to use the fitness facility
- Shoes and shirts must be worn at all times
- Open toed shoes are not permitted to be worn while working out
- All cardio equipment MUST be wiped down after use
- Cell phones are not permitted to be used in the Health and Racquet Club
- No swearing or foul language permitted
Proper Gym Etiquette
- Please remember to return all plates and dumbbells to their proper racking place.
- Please remember to return all equipment to its proper storage place.
- Please do not “take over” a piece of equipment by relaxing on it or leaving belongings on it.
- If you sweat on a piece of equipment, please remember to wipe it off.
- If the gym is crowded, please allow others to work in sets.
Dress Code
- Men: T-shirts, pants or shorts & tennis, aerobics or running shoes.
- Women: Same as the men or appropriate aerobics wear.
- No flip-flops, dress shoes or muscle shirts allowed.
