Pilates of the Palm Beaches, located in the PGA National Health & Racquet Club, is now offering Small Group Classes on the Pilates Equipment. Whether you’re looking to improve your golf or tennis game, increase strength and flexibility or just mix up your fitness routine, Pilates Equipment Classes are just what you need. Class size will range in size from 6-8 people and pre-registration is required.
