9 Holes must be played after 2:00pm in season and after 11:00am out of season when a time is booked in advance or 9 Holes may be played at any time of the day if the starting time is booked the day of play.

Effective immediately, carts will be allowed off of the path in the ROUGH ONLY on the Champion Course through Labor Day! No carts are allowed in the Fairway, including those Members and Guests that have approved handicap flags. This change will be reviewed after Memorial Day to determine if further revisions will be made.

GOLF REMINDER:
By helping ensure efficient use of the tee sheet we will allow easier access for all members, and by providing more accurate information we will be better prepared to serve you.
1.) Twenty-four Hour Cancellation Policy. Foursome Starting Times can be cancelled up to 24-hours in advance without penalty. Times cancelled inside of 24-hours will be subject to penalty. Foursome times that go completely unused will result in the captain of the tee time being billed $25 for the first offense, $50 for the second offense and $100 for all subsequent offenses.
2.) Three Day Advance Name Requirement. A minimum of three names for each time must be entered into the starting time system by 5:00 pm three days prior or the starting time will be released. The starting time system communicates in real time with the Point of Sale System in the Golf Shop. To ensure fast, accurate transactions, to improve service levels in the staging area, and to reduce starting time waste, we are requiring accurate information on the tee sheet.
3.) Six Day Event Entry Deadline. Entries for all member events will be 5:00 six days prior to the event. This will allow staff to release any extra times opening them to the general membership for the five day advance call in.

"Please Don't Forget" - When cancelling an entire starting time please make sure you are cancelling players from the bottom up. Cancelling the first player or "captain" of the time does NOT cancel the entire time. Thank you!

Instructions For Tee Times:

User ID: Enter your five digit member number
Passcode: Enter your five digit member number
(You have the option of changing your passcode, however, please keep in mind that if you change your passcode, that new number then becomes the number with which you access the telephone tee time system as well)
Click SUBMIT
Click on MAKE A TEE TIME
Enter the Number of Players in the Group and click SUBMIT
Enter the names of the other players.
1. If you know the Member Numbers of those playing with you, type in the member number and click get name for each member.
2. If you do not know the Member Numbers of those playing with you, type in the last name and click SEARCH. Then, click on the select button to the left of the member you chose.
3. If you are bringing guest(s) you should type in the member number 00000 and also type in their last name and first name. You will not be able to advance in the system unless all the fields are complete in this section.
Complete the Caddy Request if applicable
Click CONTINUE
Select the DAY OF PLAY
Type in the PREFERRED TIME
Click CHECK AVAILABILITY
Review the available times and click SELECT
Record your confirmation number

In an attempt to better serve you, we are requiring that all four players names and member numbers be entered in the system. The new system communicates in real time with our new point of sale system in the Golf Shop and with a monitor in the Bag Room. We are asking for the names of all players to allow us to more efficiently stage the day of play by pre-pulling members and guests clubs from storage. We will also be able to expedite the Golf Shop registration procedure by having the names on the tee sheets, and this information will also assist the Tee Starters in orchestrating the day of play.

Please keep in mind that the foursome information can be completed prior to 7:00 am. Then, once the day refreshes to the fifth day out, you can simply click on the day, type in the preferred time, review the available times and book your time. It will take less than 20 seconds to book your time.
